Following extensive research on the role of mycelial networks in forest ecosystems, I embodied the fungi in this concept video. Mycelium is essentially the wi-fi of the forest; constantly branching out new hyphae in order to connect and facilitate communication between all of the plants and trees. The guiding principles for movement included this exponential sprouting and expansion process, as well as the idea of connecting threads serving as a messenger between organisms.
